摘 要:以CaCO3、MgCO3、BaCO3、ZrO2为添加剂,用正交实验设计法研究添加剂成分及比例对95Al2O3瓷性能的影响,得到影响该系统陶瓷性能的主次因素,各因素水平影响其性能的趋势。通过正交设计实验得到了综合性能最佳的陶瓷配方,其ε>9.60,tgδ<2.1×10-4,ρ>3.62g/cm3和Ej>25KV/mm。Effects of different additives and their amounts on the performance of 95% Al2O3 ceramics were studied by orthogonal experiments, in which CaCO3, MgCO3, BaCO3 ZrO2 were used as chemical additives. The primary and secondary influencing factors and their effects on the properties of this ceramics were obtained. The sample formula obtained by orthogonal design experiments exhibits optimal properties: ε〉9.60,tgδ〈21×10^-4,ρ〉3.62g/cm3 and Ej〉25KV/mm.
