摘  要:以Bi(NO3)3.5H2O和Fe(NO3)3.9H2O为原料,冰醋酸做溶剂,柠檬酸为络合剂,采用共沉淀法制备前驱物,对前驱物沉淀进行退火处理,制备出BiFeO3纳米粉体。研究了煅烧温度和冰醋酸的加入量对BiFeO3纳米粉体的晶粒尺寸及形貌的影响。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)对所制备的BiFeO3纳米粉体进行表征,用EDS确定了样品的表面成分组成。结果表明:退火温度为450℃时出现BiFeO3衍射峰,但存在杂相;退火温度为600℃时制备出了BiFeO3纯相粉体,粉体为立方体结构。冰醋酸加入量由1mL增大到1.8mL时,粉体的晶粒尺寸由14.21nm减小到11.65nm。通过EDS能谱分析得出BiFeO3粉体由Bi,Fe和O三种元素组成。BiFeO3 powders were prepared by co-precipitation method.The precursor was prepared by co-precipitation using Fe(NO3)3·9H2O and Bi(NO3)3·5H2O as starting materials,ice vineqar acid as solvent and citric acid as chelating agent.Then the BiFeO3 powder was obtained after annealed at a certain temperature.The powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM).The effect of citric acid content and annealing temperature on the structure and morphology was disscussed.The results showed that grains began to grow at 450 ℃,which was made up of BiFeO3 and some other crystal phases;the pure BiFeO3 powder was acquired when the annealing temperature was 600 ℃;the particle size of the samples decreases from 14.21 nm to 11.65 nm with the adding amount of ice vineqar acid increased from 1 mL to 1.8 mL.EDS spectrum analysis proved that the powder was composed of three elements-Bi,Fe and O.
