摘 要:采用NDI-200(海神号)神经电检诊仪,对山东师范大学健康大学生志愿者(n=63人)进行了定量负荷(PWC170)运动前后的视觉诱发电位(VEP)记录分析,观察定量负荷运动对视觉诱发电位各指标的影响。结果显示:(1)运动时间平均为(9.22±1.89)min,最大吸氧量平均为(37.52±6.30)mL·min-1·kg-1;(2)与运动前((100.89±6.63)ms)相比,P100潜伏期在运动后即刻((97.82±6.32)ms)缩短,差异存在非常显著性(P<0.01);与运动前((5.78±2.22)μV)相比,N75-P100峰峰值在运动后即刻((4.87±1.95)μV)下降,差异存在显著性(P<0.05);恢复后的VEP与运动前相比,差异不存在显著性。说明定量负荷(PWC170)运动只能使视觉诱发电位各指标发生暂时改变,并不对其产生长期的影响。By using NDI-200 (Nereus) neuroelectric diagnostor, the authors recorded and analyzed visually evoked potentials (VEP) produced before and after exercising with a quantitative load done by 63 healthy on-campus volunteer college students at Shandong Normal University, observed the effects of exercising with a quantitative load on various indexes of visually evoked potentials, and revealed the following findings: 1) the average exercising time was (9.22±1.89) min, the average maximum oxygen intake was (37.52±6.30) mL·min^-1·kg^-1; 2) the latent period of P10o was shorten (to (97.82±6.32) ms) immediately after exercising as compared to the same before exercising ((100.89±6.63) ms), which showed a significant difference (P〈0.01); the peak value of N75-P100 was reduced (to (4.87±1.95) laV) immediately after exercising as compared to the same before exercising ((5.78±2.22) μV), which showed a significant difference (P〈0.05); there was no significant difference between the VEP after recovery and the VEP before exercising, which indicated that exercising with a quantitative load (PWC 170) can only produce temporary changes to various indexes of visually evoked potentials, but has no long term effects on them.
