多因素干预对处方质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:提高处方质量,促进处方书写规范和合理用药。方法:根据干预前与干预后的处方点评情况,对处方合格率、不合格处方各种类型统计、分析。结果:干预前后的处方合格率分别为90.36%和95.14%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通过适当及时的多因素干预,对提高处方质量有明显作用。Objective： To improve the quality of prescription and promote standard prescriptions and rational administration of drugs. Methods ： According to the evaluations on prescriptions before and after intervention, the rate of qualified ones and that of unqualified were statistically classified and analyzed. Results： The rates of qualified prescriptions pre- and post-intervention were 90.36% and 95.14%, having a significant difference （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusions： An appropriate and timely intervention of the multi-factor significantly improves the quality of the prescription.
