摘　　要：本文着重探讨上海"开埠地"的文化内涵,上海开埠对于上海市民人格观念的塑造以及开埠地文化品格的现代传承,和对于今日上海都市民俗文化流变的影响。本文提出在2010年上海世博会城市精神的感召下,上海开埠地文化应有适应时代的创造性转换,应该在新的国际环境和城市发展中找到自己应有的地位。This paper mainly explores the cultural connotation of Shanghai＇s founding as a trading port since 1843 and its construction of the personality of Shanghai citizens and its impact on their cultural inheritance,putting forward the creative folkore transformation meeting the demand of the time on the call of the spirit of the city advocated by World Expo 2010 Shanghaifor the appropriate and deserved position of the city in the new international enviroment and its urban development.
