摘　　要：实践证明,只要事实真理,不要理性真理,是西方文明没落的哲学根源。这说明了精神文明的重要性。我国的文化生态忧喜参半,音乐工作者大力推进普及工作应是为保护音乐生态而采取的切实可行的措施。Practice shows that factual truth,instead of rational truth,is the philosophical root of Western civilization decline. It verifies the importance of spiritual civilization. Chinese cultural ecology is both pessimistic and optimistic. The feasible solution to protect the musical ecology is for musical workers to reinforce its popularity.
