高校复合图书馆馆员激励问题研究

摘　　要：当前,多数高校图书馆现已发展到复合图书馆阶段。本文首先分析了复合图书馆对馆员的素质要求,然后分析了复合图书馆馆员激励现状,最后给出了一些针对复合图书馆馆员的激励措施。With the development of libraries enterprise, the libraries of colleges and universities have entered the compound stage. In this paper, the authors firstly analyze and clarify the quality demands for the librarians of compound libraries, and then discuss the status quo of stimulating librarians of compound libraries briefly. Finally, the authors put forward some measures to stimulate the librarians of compound libraries, in order to help compound libraries gain better effects in stimulating librarians.
