摘　　要：以液晶电视机壳为研究对象,分析了产品的工艺特点,借助UG 5.0三维造型软件对该产品的注塑模进行了整体结构设计,应用热流道技术选择了合理的浇注系统,并通过Moldflow仿真软件进行了CAE塑流分析、优化了浇口结构,设计了斜顶机构有效地解决了脱模干涉的问题。实践表明,所设计的模具结构合理可靠,加工的产品质量及精度符合要求。This paper took the shell of LCD TV as the research object, analysed the injection process of the product, used UG 5.0 software to finish the design of the overall parts of the injection mold, applicated hot-runner technology to select the reasonable gating system, and through the simulation of sofeware of Moldflow, analysed the state of the plastic flow and optimized the structure of the gate, designed lifter to effectively solve the difficult problem of stripping. It had shown that the structures of mold were reasonable and reliable, quality and precision of the product meet the requirement.
