保暖内衣面料起毛的研究

摘　　要：为了提高保暖内衣织物面料的起毛高度,达到其浓密度要求,在分析保暖内衣面料的基础上,详细分析了目前市场上的RA-91型和RA-92型起毛针布在对保暖内衣起毛时存在的缺陷;通过设计新型起毛针布及其配套起毛工艺的研究,指出该针布富有强性、硬度适中,且有适度起毛力;要保证保暖内衣面料的起毛风格还应正确选配面料的染色助剂。In order to increase the height of the fuzzy hair of the material of the warm underwear as required,analysis is done to the material of the underwear before details analysis of the raising clothings RA- 91 RA-92 available in market regarding its defection in raising performance of the underwear. Design of new card clothing plus the new process shows that the new card clothing is of good elasticity,proper rigidity, good raising performance. Conclusion is made that correct selection of dyeing additive is of help to prop er raising style for underwear.
