摘 要:为提高隔距块制造精度,从分析"V"形、"U"形、圆形、异形曲面压力棒隔距块尺寸制造以及标识误差入手,并对使用厂在隔距块测量方法存在的误区进行探讨,指出:①隔距块工作部位的尺寸误差应控制在0.1 mm以内,且表面光洁、平面度好,与上销平行度好;②"U"形隔距块制作简单,用料节省,可替代"V"形隔距块;③异形曲面压力棒隔距块设计应以E点为圆心,R为半径在90°内作弧,避免出现两端尖点接触而中间空现象发生,使隔距块钳口更加准确。To improve the precision of the manufacturing spacers, starting with the errors between the man- ufacturing and the nominated specification regarding the spacers with V-shaped, U-shaped, cylindershaped,profiled surface press bars,plus the approach into the determination error of the spacers in the ap- plication factorys, conclusion is made that @ the size error of the working part of the spacer should be con- trolled with 0.1 ram,with smooth and clean surface in good parallel with top apron cradle;@ it is easy to make U-shaped spacers with less material in substitution of the V-shaped spacers;@ When design of pro- file surface spacers with press bars,E point should be used as center of the circle with R as the radius when making arc within 90 degrees, so that the two point contact be avoided, consequently avoiding the hollow phenomena,gainning precision nipper jaws.
