摘　　要：为了消除用闭式粗纱悬锭锭翼纺纯棉普梳品种时多发的积花纱疵,改善布面质量,分析了积花纱疵产生的原因及消除积花纱疵的途径,介绍了开发的分体式防纱疵压掌,以及干式锭翼清洗机的使用方法,指出定期清洗锭翼粗纱通道,采用分体式防纱疵压掌,可有效防止积花纱疵,改善布面质量。In order to upgrade the cloth quality by solving the pro occurring in the process of spinning of plain cotton product with analysis is done to the causes of fly accumulation and approach em such as fly accumulation frequently e conventional closed suspended flyers, removing the problem. Introduction is done to the newly developed detachable stay bar against fly accumulation and the instruction of the dry flyer cleaner. Conclusion is made that regular cleaning of the roving trough of the flyer and application of the detachable stay bar can markedly remove fly accumulation with better cloth quality.
