摘　　要：以WRC-965型胶辊为例,在分析高弹性胶辊性能特点的基础上,详细介绍了制作高弹性胶辊的技术要点、使用高弹性胶辊的工艺参数配置,通过对高弹性胶辊改善成纱质量的机理分析及纺纱试验对比,说明应用性能优良的高弹性胶辊纺纱时必须与合理的纺纱工艺相匹配,才能真正起到提高棉纱质量的作用。Sampling the cots WRC-965,analysis is done to the tech-specification of the cots with hi-elastic ity. Details introduction is made to the manufacturing points of hi-elasticity cots plus the process configura tion. Through analysis of the spinning-how and the spinning test, conclusion is made that spinning with hi elasticity cots should be in conformity with the process configuration,with the result of good spinning qual
