摘　　要：深入分析细纱机用圆柱螺旋弹簧加压摇架结构,探讨国产圆柱螺旋弹簧加压摇架的制造要点和改进方向,介绍JFYJ2-142型、DF003型摇架改进的两种型式;重点分析YJ20型摇架的结构特点、技术特征、工作高度调节办法及使用时的注意事项,指出其材质好、结构改进合理,制造、装配精度高,是YJ2-142系列的升级换代产品,是国产新式高性能圆柱螺旋弹簧加压摇架。Comprehensive analysis is done to the structure of cylinder helix spring pressurized cradle on the spinning frame. Approach is made into the manufacturing points and the modification philosophy of the domestic cylinder helix spring pressurized cradle. Introduction is done to the two modification methods for the cradles JFYJ2-142 and DF003. Highlight is given to the cradle YJ20 regarding the structure, specifications, working height regulation,caution in production. Conclusion is made that the above-said cradle is of good material,proper modification,fine precision craft,thus a substitute of the series YJ2-142. The product is of the domestic cylinder helix spring pressurized cradle.
