摘　　要：探讨调花丰产素对板栗的生长发育影响及几个生理生化初步效应，表明调花丰产素的处理能有效促进板栗雌花分化和新梢加粗生长、抑制雄花分化和新梢伸长生长、显著提高板栗结蓬数及产量等，同时也提高了板栗叶片叶绿素含量及先合强度，促进了板栗树体N、P含量，增加了游离氨基酸的组成种类及含量。This paper studied the effects of flowering regulator on the growth and development of Castanea mollissima and its several physio-biochemical effects.The results showed that flowering regulator could effectively promote differenciation of female flower and thickening growth of new top, inhibit differenciation of made flower and elongation growth of new top and greatly raised fleabane number and yield. In addition to these. It also raised chlorophyll content, photosynthetical intensity and N and P content of tree body and increased Kinds and contents of free animo acid.
