摘 要:为了对基于轴-辐结构的区域运输网络实行优化,建立了模糊交互规划模型。该模型考虑输入数据或参数,如需求、运输能力、单位运输成本(时间)、单位货物处理成本(时间)等的不准确性或模糊性,旨在实现总成本(包括运输成本和货物处理成本)最小和总时间(包括运输时间和货物处理时间)最短,同时对各场站之间的运输路线选择、从始发站经由枢纽站到目的地的运输量、从始发站直达目的地的运输量进行优化;在此基础上提出了模型的有效解法,并通过算例对其进行了验证。结果表明:该模型及其求解过程具有有效性。In order to optimize extended hub-and-spoke regional transportation network, interactive fuzzy programming model was introduced. The imprecise natures of the input data or the parameters, such as demand, transportation capacity, unit transportation cost (time) and unit cargo handling cost (time) were considerd in the proposed model which aimed at jointly minimizing the total costs including the transportation cost and the handling cost as well as the total transit times consisting of transportation time and handling time. Meanwhile, the following factors including the transportation route choice among spots or stations, the transportation quantities via a hub port from an original port to a destination port, the transportation quantities directly from an original port to a destination port, were optimized. The solution procedure to the proposed model was then presented. Based on it, the effective solution of the model which was verified by numerical example was proposed. Results show that the model and its solution process are effective.
