摘  要:建立了一台55 kW内置式永磁同步电机有限元模型,采用有限元方法计算了电感参数和在满足电压电流约束条件下的实现最大转矩输出的最佳电流控制角,电流矢量id,iq,及输出转矩。计算结果表明由于恒转矩区磁路饱和,参数对内置式永磁同步的影响较大,而在恒功率区即弱磁控制区域,电机的饱和度减小,解析方法与有限元计算结果吻合;说明有限元分析结果可比较准确地反映电机的磁路饱和程度,是对内置式永磁同步电机性能分析的最佳工具。This paper set up a 55 kw interior permanent magnet (IPM) finite dement rnodd and compares the perfor- mance that is predicted by using the closed- form expressions and that directly calculated by finite element analysis (FEA) considering maximum limits in both the constant- torque and flux- weakening operating regimes. It confirms that the closed- form expressions cause substantial errors in the constant - torque regime where magnetic saturation effects are large. However, the accuracy of the closed- form predictions improves significantly at elevated speeds in the flux- weakening regime due to the reduced impact of magnetic saturation as flux levels are decreased.
