摘 要:针对现有锅炉燃烧优化方法的不足,结合某300 MW四角切圆燃烧煤粉锅炉实际运行工况,创新性地利用因子分析法,对锅炉燃烧工况影响因素进行降维分析。按公共因子各自的方差贡献率加权相加计算综合评价得分,从而评价各因素影响作用的大小,避免了各因素之间不可比性给评判决策造成的困难,综合评判的结果正确反映了锅炉实际运行工况,如优化工况6的综合评价得分为0.375 59,其飞灰可燃物含量为3.46%,与同负荷下最大值相比较,减少了2.26%,氮氧化物为643 mg/m3,与同负荷下最大值相比较,减少了52 mg/m3。解决了高效燃烧技术与降低污染物排放的矛盾,相对现有锅炉燃烧工况评判方法,具有一定的优越性。Aimed at the problem of combustion judgment of 300 MW tangentially pulverized coal fired boiler, The factor analysis method is firstly to apply to solve the question. The combustion influence factors are reduced from ten to 3. By calculate the combined score according to the public factors, a factor analyzing diagnosis for cvmbustion judg- ment was carried out and the result is reasonable. For example, the score of synthesis of evaluation in operating mode 6 is 0.375 59, compared with the other operating mode in .same load, unburned carbon in fly ash is 3.46 %, reducing 2.26%, and NOx is 643 mg/m3, reducing 52 mg/m3. It gives the method of improving the boiler efficiency and reducing the pollutant emission at the same time. Also it offers a new method of combustion judgment which is benefit than the common methods.
