腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除及盆腔淋巴结清除术21例分析

摘　　要：目的:分析早期子宫颈癌的腹腔镜手术效果,评价腹腔镜手术在妇科恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法:分析21例早期宫颈癌患者经腹腔镜行广泛性全子宫切除及盆腔淋巴结清除术的临床资料,观察手术时间、术中出血、术中清扫淋巴数量等,并与国内外开腹手术比较。结果:平均手术时间217min,平均术中出血量396mL,术后平均排气时间34h,平均清除23个淋巴结。结论:腹腔镜下广泛性全子宫切除及盆腔淋巴结清除术可达到开腹手术同样的彻底性,对早期子宫颈癌的治疗是切实可行的。Objective： To asses the therapeutic effects of laparoscopic operation on cervical cancer. Methods： 21 patients with malignant cervical cancer, who were collected from our hospital between February 2006 and January 2009, were conformed to laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection, and the operative average time, bleeding volume and the number of dissected lymph nodes were recorded. The results were compared with those of prior documents including at home and abroad. Results：The average time of operation, bleeding valume and discharge time was 217min, 396mL and 34h respectively; average number of removed lymph nodes were 23. Conclusions：The therapeutic effects of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection can be comparable to the general hysterectomy in treatment of cervical cancer.
