摘　　要：首先对长海生态环境现状进行调查和分析,然后以SuperMap为开发平台开发了长海县海域生态评环境评估信息系统,并提出了该系统的设计思想、系统总体设计、功能设计和系统开发的思路和技术路线。本系统不仅实现了长海县生态环境分析功能,而且根据遥感影像、数字高程模型,实现了三维动态模拟功能,还利用不同时相、不同分辨率潮流场数据实现流场动态显示和查询功能。为长海县生态环境合理开发利用规划提供辅助决策支持。Firstly,the investment and analysis of the situation on Changhai ecological environment were done. Then the Changhai ecological environment evaluation geographic information system was developed based on the Super-Map. The paper present the design idea of the system total and function design, technical routes of system development. It not only could realize the analysis function of Changhai ecological environment evaluation, but also merge the remote sensing image and DEM to realize the function of 3D dynamic simulation. It also could realize the dynamic display and inquiry function of the marine flow field based on different time and resolution data. This system can provide the assistant decision-making for Changhai ecological environment evaluation development.
