锁定加压钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的方法和疗效。方法：运用锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折46例，术后早期结合CPM机行膝关节功能锻炼。结果：45例患者获得8～24个月的随访（平均16个月），术后骨折愈合时间平均为5个月。膝关节功能参照Merchant功能评定标准，优27例、良15例、可3例，优良率91．3％。结论：锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效确切，具有对机体创伤小，固定牢靠，关节功能恢复快，并发症少等优点。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of interlock plate internal fixation in treating tibial plateau fractures. Methods： 46 patients with tibial plateau fractures were surgically treated with interlock plateinternal fixation. Patients were asked to exercise with CPM to recover knee joint function early after operation. Results： Of 46 pations,45 were followed up for 8-24 months（16 months on the average）. All patients achieved bone union and the duration of union averaged 5 months. Knee joint function was evaluated, based on Merchant score system, as excellent in 27 cases, good in 15 cases and fair in 3 cases. The rate of excellence and good was 91.3 %. Conclusion： The treament of tibial plateau fracture with interlock plate internal fixation can provide satisfactory effect of cure to the knee, with few complications and smaller opening of wound, and it can make sooner recovery of joint function.
