摘　　要：通过对嘉兴市1997-2009年前三季度外贸出口数据的梳理,对嘉兴外贸出口于经济发展的作用、出口特征及未来趋势等进行了分析,在此基础上从调整出口结构、利用外部资源以及应对贸易救济措施等方面提出了促进嘉兴外贸出口健康发展的相应建议。On the basis of analyzing the export data from 1997 to September of 2009 of Jiaxing, this paper studies the export status and its contribution to the local economic development, the features of Jiaxing＇ s export and its developing trend. Accordingly, it provides some suggestions for promoting the healthy development of the export in the fields of adjusting the export structure, utilizing the foreign resources and responding to the trade remedy measures.
