高等院校本科翻译师资培训“翻译理论研究”模块述评

摘　　要：为适应我国翻译学科发展的客观要求,中国译协、《中国翻译》编辑部推出高等院校本科翻译师资培训课程。课程首次采取了模块式的培训方式,从翻译专业和翻译教学的特点出发,为广大教师搭建了一个专业化、系统化的高校师资培训平台,让学员们在专业技能、专业教学理念与教学方法以及基于教学的科研能力和理论素养得到全方位的培训,为国内同类师资培训树立了一个典范。本文对该培训课程的重头戏——"翻译理论研究"模块进行述评,以期为今后国内类似的培训提供参考借鉴。The training of Trainers for undergraduate translation and interpretation（TOT） organized by the Translators Association of China and the Chinese Translators Journal reflects the development of translation studies in China. TOT adopts the modular framework to set up a platform for training translation teachers. All the trainees obtained the advanced pedagogy and updated their ideas about translation studies and teaching as well as promoted their skills in translation practice. TOT sets a good example for the similar training courses in future. This paper discusses the key module of this TOT, i.e. Translation Studies Theories and Research and offers some suggestions for TOT and other similar training courses in future.
