服务型制造模式的体系结构与实施模式研究

摘　　要："服务经济"是21世纪主导的经济模式。在服务经济社会,制造业的发展为服务业的发展提供了坚实的平台和广阔的空间。服务型制造是制造业和服务业融合发展的新模式,提出了服务型制造的商业模式、生产组织方式和运作模式。先进制造系统和现代管理系统是服务型制造实施的基础,需求管理、能力管理、企业网络和风险管理是实施服务型制造的主要内容。Service economy is the predominated economy paradigm in the 21st century. In the society of service economy, the development of manufacturing industry fosters the development of service industry. Service-embedded manufacturing is a new paradigm for the synchronization of service and manufacturing. In this paper, we propose the new business mode, production organization mode and operation mode of service-embedded manufacturing. Furthermore, we propose the implementation roadmap of service paradigm. The advanced manufacturing system and advanced management system is the foundation of the implementation of service-embedded manufacturing. Demand management, capacity management, enterprise network and risk management is the main contents for the implementation of service-embedded manufacturing.
