摘　　要：目的观察针刺对海洛因依赖雄性大鼠血清睾酮含量的影响。方法40只雄性大鼠随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、美沙酮组、针刺治疗组。用累进固定比率程序建立大鼠海洛因依赖模型,针刺结束后比较各组血清睾酮含量及睾丸组织形态的变化。结果正常组、针刺治疗组血清睾酮含量及右侧睾丸脏器指数比美沙酮组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺能帮助海洛因依赖雄性大鼠血清睾酮含量及睾丸脏器指数较好地恢复。Objective To study the affection of serum testosterone and tissue morphology of testicular by acupuncture to male rats depending on heroin. Methods Forty male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups： the normal group,the model group, the methadone group, and the acupuncture group. To estab lish the model rats depending on heroin by the progressive process with a fixed rate, and compare the changes of the serum testosterone and the tissue morphology of testicular among them after the intervention. Results The serum testosterone of the normal group and the acupuncture group is higher than that of the methadone group, and there was statistically significant difference among them（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The serum testosterone and testicular index of the acupuncture rats can recover well.
