摘　　要：人工全髋关节置换术是治疗严重性髋关节疾患的标准手术方法之一,在解除患者痛苦、恢复关节功能、提高生活质量等方面取得了满意的效果。创新界面材料的使用增加了关节面的耐磨性,从而延长了其使用寿命;微创手术的发展,使手术创伤越来越小,疗效更加明显;而计算机导航技术在全髋置换术中的应用,显著提高了手术的精确度。人工全髋置换术将迈向一个全新的时代。Total hip arthroplasty（THA）is one of the standardized surgical treatments for severe hip joint disease and has shown satisfactory results in alleviating patient′s suffering,restoring joint function,and improving the quality of life.The adoption of new materials in articular surface enhances its abradability,and hence increases its service life.Besides,due to the development of minimally invasive surgery,THA has achieved increasingly smaller surgical trauma and more apparent effect.Furthermore,the application of computer-assisted navigation system significantly improves the accuracy of THA.THA is now entering new era of rapid development.
