类风湿关节炎关节腔内治疗的新进展

摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)是以累及周围关节为主的自身免疫性疾病,致残率很高。关节腔内注射治疗具有安全性高、全身不良反应小、有效浓度高等优点。目前关节腔内研究的主要有糖皮质激素、抗代谢药物、生物制剂、透明质酸以及中药制剂等。有文献报道,三氧化二砷可促进RA滑膜细胞凋亡,有望为RA的治疗开辟一条新的途径。Rheumatoid arthritis（RA）is an autoimmunine disease,mainly invovling peripheral joints,and it has a high disablity.The intra-articular drug injection therapy has lots of advantages,such as a highsafety,few systemic adverse reaction,high effective concentration in the joint cavity.Nowadays injection into the joints for research are mainly corticosteroids、anti-metabolism drugs、biological agent、hyaluronic acid,traditional Chinese medicine and so on.It is reported that arsenic trioxide can promote apoptosis of RA synovial cells,and is expected to make a new way for RA treatment.
