摘 要:目的:研究马齿苋提取物对力竭小鼠骨骼肌乳酸代谢的干预特征。方法:将108只小鼠选用昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为3组,对照组(蒸馏水)、实验Ⅰ组(2.5%马齿苋水溶液)、实验Ⅱ组(5%马齿苋水溶液)、每组36只小鼠。每次按剂量10 ml/kg,每天2次,连续饮用7 d。于实验第8天,行力竭游泳实验,动态监测运动前、运动后即刻、运动后3 h、运动后24 min每只小鼠骨骼肌乳酸含量。结果:各组运动后即刻骨骼肌乳酸含量均显著高于运动前骨骼肌乳酸含量(P<0.05),与对照组相比,实验Ⅰ组和实验Ⅱ组可有效减小游泳后即刻骨骼肌乳酸含量(P<0.05),降低运动时相骨骼肌乳酸每分平均蓄积率。与对照组相比,实验Ⅰ组和实验Ⅱ组可显著提高运动后3 min和24 min骨骼肌乳酸清除率(P<0.05)。结论:①马齿苋水溶液在2.5%-5%之间可有效降低运动时相骨骼肌乳酸蓄积,而且对力竭小鼠恢复时相骨骼肌的乳酸有超量清除作用,其超量清除效应可至少持续21 min。②马齿苋对力竭小鼠运动时相和恢复时相骨骼肌乳酸含量有确切的稳定作用,是对运动时相和恢复时相骨骼肌乳酸代谢有双重改善作用的天然抗疲劳物质。Object: To study how purslane extract intervenes Lactic Acid metabolizeon of skeletal muscle in Exhausted Mice and its Characteristics. Methods: 108 male Kunming mice were randomly and evenly divided into 3 groups, control group (dis- tilled water), the experimental group | (2.5% aqueous purslane solution), the experimental group II (5% aqueous purs- lane solution), each group of 36 mice. The intaking of fluid was according to the level l0 ml/kg per time, twice a day. The mice were required to drink from the corresponding fluid for seven days continuously in each group, on the eighth day, the ex- haustive swimming test done. Meanwhile the concentration of muscle lactic acid in mice before swimming and after swimming for 0 hour , 3 hours ,24 hours were measure respectively. Results: The concentration of muscle lactic acid at the instant of ex- hausted swimming were significantly higher than before moving in each groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) , compared with the control group, experimental group ] and experimental group ]I both able to effective immediately the concentration of muscle lactic acid at the instant of exhausted swimming( P 〈 0.05 ), also able to reduce the averaged ratio of accumulation of muscle lactic acid in moving phase. Compared with control group, experimental group I and experimental group Ⅱ can significantly increase the ratio of scavenging muscle lactic acid when after moving for 3 hours and 24 hours (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion : Aqueous purslane solution not only can effective reduce the accumulation of muscle lactate acid during moving phase, within the limit of the con- centration from 2.5% to 5% ,but it also has an overeliminating muscle lactic acid during recovery phase in exhausted mice. and its an overelimination can be sustained for at least 21 hours.
