摘　　要：结合《房屋建筑学》课程设计项目之一——住宅平面设计的各房间布局决定适用性能的要求和学生设计应掌握的一些规范、标准要求,阐述了住宅内各房间设计要点,以便更好地指导学生适应设计工作就业的需求。Combining with one of couse design items of Architectural Design ＆ Construction the requirement of the layout of room of dwelling plane design deciding applicability, and some norms and standard requirements masted by students in design, the design points of dwelling room were explaiend, so as to guide students suit the requirement of design jobs and employment better.
