摘　　要：分析了湿陷性黄土地区砌体结构建筑不均匀沉降的原因,提出了砌体结构建筑不均匀沉降的控制措施,以有效解决砌体结构的不均匀沉降问题,避免地基沉陷对建筑物的危害。The reasons of uneven settlement prevention of masonry structure building in collapsible loess area were analyzed, the control measures of uneven settlement prevention of masonry structure building were protxased, so as to resolve uneven settlement problem of masonry structure effectively, therefore avoided foundation settlement hazard on building.
