摘  要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病早期患者血浆致动脉硬化指数(Atherogenic index of plasma,AIP)与血管内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)的关系。方法:选择50例无大血管并发症的2型糖尿病患者(DM),34例年龄、性别相匹配健康个体作为对照组(NC)。在血管回声跟踪技术条件下,采用高分辨血管外超声法检测肱动脉血流介导的血管内皮依赖性舒张功能,以Log(TG/HDL-C)计算血浆致动脉硬化指数(AIP)。结果:(1)与NC组比较,DM组AIP明显升高,FMD明显下降,分别为[(0.013±0.23)vs(0.27±0.35),P<0.01]和[(7.10±2.23)%vs(4.11±1.13)%,P<0.01]。以FMD为因变量,进行多元线性回归分析提示AIP与FMD明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论:AIP间接反映LDL颗粒直径的大小,AIP升高,LDL颗粒直径变小可能促进了2型糖尿病早期血管内皮依赖性舒张功能受损。Objective:To investigate the relationship of atherogenic index of plasma,endothelium dependent flow mediated vasodilation(FMD)of brachial artery in the early stage of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:50 patients with type 2 diabetes without large vascular complication(DM)and 34 healthy individuals(NC) were selected randomly.Under e-Tracking conductions,High resolution ultrasound was performed to measure in brachial artery diameter at rest.Atherogenic index of plasma was measured by Log(TG/HDL-C).Results:Compared with NC group,atherogenic index of plasma in the Type 2 diabetes group was significately higher[(0.013±0.23 vs 0.27±0.35) P〈0.01];However,FMD was significately lower [(7.10±2.23)% vs(4.11±1.13)%,P〈0.01].Multi-variable regression analysis with FMD level as a dependent variable indicated that FMD significately positive relate with atherogenic index of plasma level(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Atherogenic index of plasma step up and LDL diameter grow down,it promotes possibly FMD impaired in the early stage of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
