摘　　要：文章阐述了中药毒性及药物性肝病的含义,认为中药中的某些成分如苷类、生物碱类、萜与内酯类以及毒蛋白类可以导致药物性肝损伤,采用合理配伍、科学炮制等方法降低其毒性,为临床安全用药提供理论依据。It is described that toxicity of Chinese medicine and meaning of liver disease induced drug. It is thinked that some elements of Chinese medicines, such as glycosides, alkaloids, terpenes and esters, as well as toxic proteins can lead to liver injury induced drug, and using reasonable compatibility, science cooked Ways to reduce their toxicity, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical safety of drugs.
