摘  要:目的:建立芫花药材中芫花素与芫花酯甲含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱切换波长法同时测定芫花素与芫花酯甲的含量。色谱条件为Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(84:16);检测波长:前14min为338nm,14min后为232nm;柱温:25℃;流速:1mL/min。结果:此方法线性良好,芫花素与芫花酯甲的平均加样回收率分别为97.7%,97.0%,RSD分别为2.28%,1.64%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、可靠、重复性好,可用于芫花药材中芫花素与芫花酯甲的同时检测。Objective: To establish the analytical method for genkwain and yuanhuacine in the buds of Daphne genkwa by means of HPLC. Method: Genkwain and yuanhuaeine were determined by HPLC simultaneously with changing ultraviolet-visible wavelength. ODS-C18(250mm × 4.6mm,5 μ m) column was used.A mixture of methanol-water(84:16) was used as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0mL/min. UV detection wavelength of genkwain was set at 338nm and yuanhuaeine at 232nm. The contents were calculated by external-standard method. Results: The average recoveries were 97.7% and 97.0% and RSD were 2.28% and 1.64%(n=5). Conclusion: The method can be used to determine genkwain and yuanhuacine in the buds of Daphne genkwa simultaneously, and it appears to be convenient, reliable and repeatable.
