刘宇新教授调冲任治疗经漏经验

摘　　要：经漏,见于《兰室秘藏》,又名月漏、血漏、漏下不止、月水不断、经脉不止等,指阴道出血淋沥不断,或经期血来而持续日久不止,血量较少或略增多。病因多为气虚不摄、血热妄行、阴虚、气郁、血瘀等,致使气血失调,冲任不固而为经漏。临床大多从气虚、血热、阴虚、气郁、血瘀,即肝、脾、肾三脏入手,在此基础上导师刘宇新教授注重调理、固摄冲任,疗效良好。The leak in the womb, published in Lan Shi Mi Cang is aslo called monthly leak, blood leaking, continuous leaking, channels without end, etc. It refers to the continuous leak from the vagina, or the continuous period for many days. The amount of blood is not much or slightly increasing. The causes are mainly blood deficiency, blood-heat bleeding, Yin deficiency,, Qi and blood stasis, all of which causing Qi and blood disorders, then blood leak age. Clinical treatment is focused on Qi deficiency and blood, Yin deficiency, stasis of Qi, blood stasis, namely liver, spleen and kidney. Based on that, mentor Prefessor LIU Yu-xin attatch great importance to conditioning, controling Chong-Ren, and achieved good effect.
