摘 要:目的:观察消渴健胃散对糖尿病性胃轻瘫的临床疗效,探讨消渴健胃散治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的作用机理。方法:60例患者分为治疗组和对照组,每4周为1个疗程,8周为1个总疗程。观察治疗前后的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白指标、胃排空指标(GET、AAV、ACF、ACA、MI)的变化。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率93.33%,优于对照组73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,治疗组血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白均较治疗前明显降低,胃排空指标明显改善(GET降低,AAV、ACF、MI提高),经统计学处理差异具有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:消渴健胃散可明显改善糖尿病胃轻瘫的症状体征,缩短病程,具有降血糖和糖化血红蛋白含量、促进胃排空的作用。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiaokejianwei powder on diabetic gastroparesis and explore the possible mechanism. Methods: 60 subjects with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group ( 30 patients per group ). The period of treatment was eight weeks. At the baseline and after the mediation, serum fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and the gastric emptying index ( GET, AAV, ACF, ACA, MI ) were deternined. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate in treatment group( 93.33% ) were significantly higher than which of the control group( 73.33% ) (P〈0.05). After 8 weeks' mediation, the levels of serum fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin were increased and the gastric emptying index were significantly improved in the treatment group compared with the control group ( P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ). Conclusion: Xiaokejianwei powder could decrease the level of serum fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin, enhance the gastric emptying so as to ameliorate the symptoms and objective sign of diabetic gastroparesis and shorten the course of disease.
