清热解毒利湿法治疗糖尿病足湿性坏疽46例

摘　　要：目的:观察清热解毒利湿法在治疗糖尿病足湿性坏疽中的应用及疗效。方法:对2008年3月—2009年3月应用清热解毒利湿法治疗的46例糖尿病足湿性坏疽病例进行分析与总结。结果:根据Wagner分级,2级20例,3级15例,4级8例,5级3例,总有效率为93.4%。结论:清热解毒利湿法治疗糖尿病足湿性坏疽,能缩短病程,减轻全身及局部症状,是治疗糖尿病足较好的方法。Objective： Qingrejiedu dampness of the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot wet gangrene of the application and efficacy. Methods： March 2008-2009 years in March applied Qingrejiedulishi treated 46 patients with wet gangrene of diabetic foot cases analyzed and summarized. Results： According to the Wagner classification, 2grade 20 cases, 3grade 15 cases, 4 grade 8 cases, 5 grade 3 cases, the total effective rate was 93.4%. Conelusion： Qingrejiedulishi treatment of diabetic foot gangrene wet, can shorten the course of the disease to reduce systemic and local symptoms, the treatment of diabetic foot better method.
