摘　　要：冠状动脉内支架是国内外治疗冠心病最新技术之一。它已成为治疗经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术后冠状动脉急性闭塞和减少PTCA后再狭窄的有效方法。虽然,该方法应用于临床非常广泛,但由于该技术为创伤性疗法,处理不当可引起严重并发症,甚至可能导致死亡。因此,护士应充分认识发生并发症的原因,积极预防并发症的发生,并采取必要的护理干预,使更多患者获得更好的治疗。故对冠状动脉支架术后非心脏并发症的预防与护理进行了具体阐述。The coronary stent is the treatment of coronary heart disease at home and abroad, one of the latest technology. It has become the treatment of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty in acute coronary artery occlusion and the reduction of PTCA restenosis in an effective manner. Although the method is applied to a wide range of clinical, but because of the technology with traumatic therapy, improper handJing can cause serious complications and may even lead to death. Therefore, nurses should fully understand the reasons for complications, and actively prevent the occurrence of complications, and to take the necessary care and intervention, so that more patients get better treatment. This paper is on the non-cardiac complications of coronary artery stent implantation for prevention and care were specifically addressed.
