摘  要:脊髓损伤(Spinal Cord Injury,SCI),是由脊柱骨折所引起的脊髓结构、功能的严重损害,是一种严重致残性的损伤,主要导致感觉和运动功能的永久丧失。脊髓损伤处缺乏神经营养因子的支持,是脊髓损伤后神经元轴突几乎无法再生以致神经元功能难以恢复的一个重要原因。而电针治疗能够促进神经营养因子的表达,从而促进轴突再生,利于脊髓损伤的修复。就电针促进神经营养因子的表达方面做一综述。Spinal Cord Injury is cased by spine fracture which can result in spinal cord structure and function of the serious damage. SCI is a serious disabling injury .It can lead to a permanent loss of sensory and voluntary motor functions. The lack of neurotrophic factors (NTFs) in Spinal Cord Injury department is the most important reason for spinal cord injury .Neurons is almost impossible to axon regeneration and neuronal function is difficult to restore. However, Electro-acupuncture treatment can promote the expression of NTFs, thereby promoting axon regeneration, which will help repair spinal cord injury. In this paper, I will write a summary of the promotion of electro-acupuncture on the expression of NTFs.
