摘　　要：网络歌手是以网络作为主要传播媒介的音乐人群体,是现代社会人们个性充分发展和网络媒体日益普及背景下形成的一种新生艺术力量。网络歌手的兴起,给中国歌坛和乐坛带来了巨大的冲击和影响。本文从社会思潮、网络技术和艺术环境三个方面初步探讨了中国网络歌手形成兴起的原因。The internet singers are the musicians who mainly pubilshed their songs online.They are the new type of artistic constituent that base on the development of the internet madia,and the prevalent of their songs is one of the characters that one can develope their personality freely in mordern society of China.The prevalent of the internet singers gave huge impaction and influence to the society of musical population.This article gives an investigation to the reasons of the the prevalent of the internet singers based on three aspects：ethos of the society,internet technology,and the artistic climate.
