摘  要:电子电气产品中阻燃剂PBBs/PBDEs对人类及环境的危害已引起了人类高度关注,随着欧盟RoHS指令颁布,我国电子电气业中阻燃剂痕量分析研究也开始起步。本文采用GC-MS法对EE产品PBBs/PBDEs进行痕量分析,对样品前处理、净化和分析过程中存在的问题进行研究,并对微波消解和索氏提取法进行了比较,对方法精密度进行评估,结果显示:微波消解回收率大于55%,最低检出限小于10μg/kg,线性相关系数大于99.9%,说明采用此法具有较高的精确度和可靠性。The threaten of flame retardant polybrominated biphenyls/polybrominated diphenylethers (PBBs/PBDEs) contained in electronic and electrical products to human and environment is of high concern, it is beginning to determine the trace concentrations of PBBs/PBDEs in EE industries of China with publication of European Rolls directive. In this thesis, gas chromatography -mass spectrometry is employed to determine PBBs/PBDEs contained in EE products, and problems during sample preparation, purification, and analysis were discussed, microwave digestion and soxhlet extraction was compared, and analytical precision was evaluated. The recovery rate, 55% limit of detection, excellent linear relation showed that the developed method has high precision and reliability, which provides a feasible technologic support for EE industries to comply with Rolls directive.
