摘　　要：[目的]总结胸骨后甲状腺肿瘤切除术的巡回护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析13例胸骨后甲状腺肿瘤切除术病人的临床资料。[结果]本组病人均顺利完成手术,术中护理配合好,术后未发生严重并发症。[结论]加强胸骨后甲状腺肿瘤切除术病人的巡回护理是手术成功的保证。Objective： It summarized circuit nursing measures for patients accepting retrosternal thyroid neoplasm excision. Methods： Clinical data of 13 cases with retrosternal thyroid neoplasm accepting excision were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All patients in this group were completed their operation smoothly. Nursing coordination was well during operation. And no severe postoperative complications occurred. Conclusion： To strengthen the circuit nursing is a guarantee for patients accepting retrosternal thyroid neoplasm excision.
