摘　　要：[目的]总结斜方肌骨肌皮瓣修复半侧下颌骨切除及口腔软组织缺损的护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析10例口腔颌骨恶性肿瘤病人行斜方肌骨肌皮瓣修复半侧下颌骨切除及口腔软组织缺损的临床资料。[结果]本组病人皮瓣全部成活8例,皮瓣边缘略有坏死2例,经清创后达到甲级愈合;术后面部外形、生存质量良好,肩部功能未见异常。[结论]加强围术期的护理是斜方肌骨肌皮瓣修复半侧下颌骨切除及口腔软组织缺损手术成功的保证。Objective： It summarized nursing measures for patients with oral cavity soft tissue defect accepting hemisection of mandible treated with trapezi us osseous myocutaneous flap reparation. Methods： Clinical data of 10 patients with malignant tumor of jaw treated with trapizius osseous myocutaneous flap repairation after accepting hemisection of mandible and with oral cavity soft tissues defect were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Totally skin flaps of 8 cases in this group have survived. Only 2 cases were with a mild necrosis of skin flap margin and reached primary healing after debridement. Facial configuration and quality of life of patients after operation were well. No abnormalities were seen on function of shoulders among all cases. Conclusion： To strengthen perioperative nursing is a guarantee for the success of patients accepting hemisection of mandible and trapizius osseous myocutaneous flap reparation and with oral cavity soft tissues defect.
