摘  要:[目的]通过检测石家庄市水环境中的军团菌,确定其污染现状。[方法]对石家庄市区2007~2008年采集的医院、宾馆及饭店的86份中央空调冷却塔水、冷凝水及8份湖泊水、喷泉水进行了军团菌检测。[结果]86份中央空调冷却塔水、冷凝水中,39份检出了军团菌,阳性率为45.35%,8份湖泊水、喷泉水中,1份检出了军团菌,阳性率为12.5%;军团菌以LP1型为主,检出率为80.43%(37/46)。[结论]石家庄市部分水环境中已经污染了军团菌,对军团菌病的暴发与流行存在着潜在的风险。[Objective' Through detecting the Legionella in water enwronment in Shijiazhuang City to determine the sta- tus of its pollution. [Methods] Detected .Legionella in water environment in Shijiazhuang.86 water samples of central air-condi- tioning cooling tower water and condensed water in hospitals, hotels and restaurants were collected from 2007 to2008, and 8 water samples from lake and fountain. [ Results] The positive rate of central air-conditioning cooling tower water and con- densed water samples was 45.35% for total 86 water samples, 12.5% for 8 water samples from lake and fountain. The main strain was Legion LPl-type, with detection rate of 80.43% (37/46). [Oonelusionl Parts of the water environment in Shiji- azhuang City have been polluted by Legionella. There are potential risks of Legionella outbreaks.
