南宁市青少年健康危害行为的流行病学研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解南宁市青少年健康危害行为的流行特征及影响因素。为干预研究提供依据。[方法]随机抽取南宁市6所中学、3所职业高中和2所大学共3587名学生进行无记名问卷调查。[结果]南宁市青少年意外伤害受伤率为2.59%,非故意伤受伤率为9.31%,故意伤害行为发生率为3.58%,吸烟、饮酒、使用成瘾性药物行为的发生率为24.01%,10种食品摄入行为发生率为33.46%,35.10%青少年认为体重超过正常,减肥行为发生率为17.24%,63.58%青少年经常参加锻炼,32.88%青少年看过色情书籍或音像制品,96.80%接触过艾滋病预防教育,性及亲密行为发生率为15.12%。[结论]目前南宁市青少年在伤害、饮食、减肥、体育运动、吸烟饮酒和性教育、性行为及亲密行为等方面普遍存在不健康行为,应及早开展相应的干预工作,协助青少年树立健康观念,培养健康行为习惯,提高其整体健康水平。[ Objective] To understand the epidemiologie characteristics of health hazards behaviors of adolescents in Nanning arid the influencing faetor. Provide the basis for the intervention research. [ Methods] Randomly draw 6 middle schools, 3 professional high schools and 2 universities, altogether 3 587 students were investigated by anonymous questionnaire survey. [Results] The injured rate of accidents ~as 2.59%. unintended injured rate was 9.31%. the intentional injury behav- ior rate was 3.58%. smoking, drinking, the use of addictive drug behavior rate was 24.01%, 10 kinds of food intaking rate ~＇as 33.46%, 35.10% adolescents thought they were ove~＇eight. Loss weight behavior rate was 17.24%, 63.58v~ adolescents participated in exercise frequently, 32.88% adolescents had read the pornographic books or the audio and video products, 96.80% contacted AIDS education, the sex and intimate behaviors rate was 15.12%. [Conclusion] At present, the adoles- cents in Nanning generally have unhealthy behaviors in injury, diet, loss weight, sports, smoking, drinking and sex educa- tion, sex and intimate behaviors. It should do the corresponding intervention early, assist the adolescents to set up the healthy idea, raise the healthy behaviors and increase the whole health standard.
