保证艾滋病筛查实验室检测质量的因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]为了保证HIV抗体筛查结果的准确性,防止漏检、误检,为艾滋病的防控提供准确的检测依据。[方法]根据常规工作HIV抗体筛查阳性与其确认阳性结果符合程度及参加四川省艾滋病参比实验室室间质量考核结果,总结和分析保证HIV抗体检测结果准确的因素。[结果]保证艾滋病筛查实验室检测质量的因素为:艾滋病筛查实验室的规范化建设和齐全的设施设备;检验人员的综合素质;建立健全艾滋病筛查实验室管理体系;严格的质量控制。[结论]正确把握保证艾滋病筛查实验室检测质量的因素,可以避免HIV抗体筛查假阴性或假阳性现象的发生。[Objective] To ensure the accuracy of the results of HIV antibody screening and prevent false negative and false detection, to provide the accurate basis of detection for AIDS prevention and control. [Methods] According to the degree of routine HIV antibody screening positive consistent with confirmed results and the results of AIDS Reference Laboratory Inter- laboratory Quality Assessment in Sichuan Province, the factors of ensuring the accuracy of HIV antibody test results were sum- marled and analysed. [ Results ] The factors were ： standardized construction and complete facilities of HIV screening laborato- ry; comprehensive quality of inspectors; establishing and improving HIV screening laboratory management system： strict de- tection quality control. [ConclusionJ Correctly grasping the factors of ensuring the quality of HIV screening laboratory testing can avoid false negative or false positive phenomenons.
