人工全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨人工全髋关节置换术对于老年股骨颈骨折治疗的疗效。[方法]对2006年3月～2008年9月采用人工全髋关节置换术治疗的80例老年骨颈骨折患者资料进行回顾性分析,随访时间1～2年,平均21个月。[结果]按Harris评分标准:优(90～100分)51例,占总数的63.7%;良(80～89分)22例,占27.5%;中(70～79分)6例,占7.5%;差(低于70分)1例,占1.3%。[结论]人工全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效好,可以明显减少患者并发症,提高老年人的生活质量,是一种可靠和理想的治疗方法。[Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effect of totalhip replacement treatment in femoral neck fracture of old age patients. [Methods] Analyzed 80 cases of old age femoral neck fracture patients from Mar, 2006 to Sep, 2008, and the 80 cases all were applied with total hip replacement treatment. All patients had follow-up 1-2 years, average 21 months： [Results] Used Harris scoring system to grade the 80 cases： excellent （90-100） accounted 63.7%, 51 cases; good （80- 89） accounted 27.5%, 22 cases; general （70-79） accounted 7.5%, 6 cases; Poor （less than 70 points）, 1 case with 1.3%. [Cor^lusion~ The therapeutic effect of total hip replacement treatment in femoral neck fracture of old age patients is good, and it can reduce the complications in old patients, improve their life. The total hip replacement is a reliable and ideal treatment method.
