摘  要:目的了解铜绿假单胞菌的药物敏感性(药敏)与头孢哌酮-舒巴坦等抗菌药物用药频度的相关性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法分别统计我院2002—2008年头孢哌酮-舒巴坦等抗菌药物用药频度和铜绿假单胞菌的药敏,采用SPSS13.0统计软件用Sperman’s相关法对2种变量进行相关性分析。结果抗菌药物中头孢哌酮-舒巴坦耐药率最低,但2008年比2002年中敏率上升了291.0%,敏感率则呈下降趋势。相关性研究结果显示:头孢哌酮-舒巴坦的中敏率与哌拉西林-三唑巴坦、头孢哌酮-舒巴坦、3代头孢类用药频度呈正相关(r=0.857,P<0.05;r=0.929,P<0.01;r=0.786,P<0.05);头孢哌酮-舒巴坦的敏感率与本药、美罗培南、3代头孢类含酶抑制药用药频度呈负相关(r=-0.821,P<0.05;r=-0.786,P<0.05;r=-0.786,P<0.05),与头孢他啶、阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星(0.5g)用药频度呈正相关(r=0.821,P<0.05;r=0.929,P<0.01;r=1.000,P<0.01);左氧氟沙星(0.5g)用药频度分别与环丙沙星、阿米卡星、左氧氟沙星以及头孢哌酮-舒巴坦耐药率呈完全负相关(r=-1.000,P<0.01;r=-1.000,P<0.01;r=-1.000,P<0.01;r=-1.000,P<0.01);美罗培南耐药率与亚胺培南-西司他丁、哌拉西林-三唑巴坦、头孢吡肟耐药率呈完全正相关(r=1.000,P<0.01;r=1.000,P<0.01;r=1.000,P<0.01);头孢他啶和氨曲南的耐药率与其他药物用药频度及耐药率也有相关性。结论头孢哌酮-舒巴坦等抗菌药物的药敏与用药频度存在显著的相关性,近期临床应注意调整抗菌药物用药频度。AIM To evaluate the correlation between drug sensitivity of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and consumption of cefperazone /sulbactam and other antibiotics.METHODS The consumption of cefperazone /sulbactam and other antibiotics and drug sensitivity of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was calculated respectively.The Spearman's rank correlation coefficient was used to determine the correlation between two variables by SPSS 13.0.RESULTS The resistance rate of cefoperazone /sulbactam was the lowest in these studied drugs,but it's mid sensitive rate of 2002 was increased by 291.0% than that of 2008,and the sensitivity rate was decline.There was a statistically significant relationship between the mid sensitive rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to cefoperazone /sulbactam and the consumption of piperacillin /tazobactam (r=0.857,P 0.05),cefoperazone /sulbactam (r=0.929,P 0.01),and third-generation cephalosporin (r=0.786,P 0.05).The sensitive rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to cefoperazone /sulbactam showed a statistically significant negative relationship with consumption of cefoperazone /sulbactam (r=-0.821,P 0.05),meropenem (r=-0.786,P 0.05),or third-generation cephalosporin with β-lactamases inhibitor (r=-0.786,P 0.05),and showed a statistically significant positive relationship with consumption of ceftazidime (r=0.821,P 0.05),amikacin (r=0.929,P 0.01),and levofloxacin (0.5 g) (r=0.929,P 0.01).There was a statistically significant negative correlation between the consumption of levofloxacin (0.5 g) and the resistance incidence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to ciprofloxacin (r=-1.000,P 0.01),amikacin (r=-1.000,P 0.01),levofloxacin (r =-1.000,P 0.01),and cefoperazone /sulbactam (r=-1.000,P 0.01).The prevalence of resistance to meropenem among Pseudomonas aeruginosa has a statistically significant relationship with the resistance of imipenem /cilastatin (r=1.000,P 0.01),piperacillin /tazobactam (r=1.000,P 0.01),and cefepime (r=1.000,P 0.01).CONCLUSION There was a signific
