摘 要:采用组织分析和力学性能测试相结合的方法,研究了灰铸铁中石墨长宽比和氧化物夹杂物含量对抗拉强度及杨氏弹性模量的影响规律。结果发现,石墨长宽比对灰铸铁的抗拉强度没有明显影响,但减小石墨长宽比对提高杨氏模量有利。氧化夹杂对灰铸铁的杨氏模量有明显的影响,夹杂越少,其杨氏模量相对越高。减少氧化夹杂将有利于提高灰铸铁的杨氏模量。The effects of the length to width ratio for graphite on the tensile strength and Yong's modulus were investigated by microstructures analysis and mechanical properties examination. The results show that the the ratio of length to width for graphite has little influence on the tensile strength. However, the ratio of length to width decreased for graphite will be helpful to improve the Yong's modulus. The oxide inclusion has visible influence on the Yong's modulus. The less amount of oxide inclusion in the gray cast iron, the higher Yong's modulus will be obtained. Decreasing the amount of impurities in the gray cast iron will be very important to increase Yong's modulus.
