摘 要:连续投料式沥青混合料拌和设备具有轻便、高效和经济的特点,但由于该类型设备无法精确控制石料的级配比例,工程应用中受到很多限制。为解决连续投料式拌和设备的石料级配控制问题,提出采用图像处理方法检测混合石料中大小石比例的思路,用于调节连续投料设备的石料配比,达到提高设备性能的目的。在总结碎石图像基本特征的基础上,提出一种综合运用双阈值二值化、边缘检测、形态重构和分水岭变换的图像处理方法,实现了叠压石料的边界分割与特征参数估计。应用此技术有望使连续投料拌和设备的石料级配控制接近或达到高成本间歇投料拌和设备的技术水平。Continuously materials feeding type mixing equipment for asphalt aggregates features simple, efficient and economic. But its application in construction is limited because its grading proportion of material can't be accurately controlled. In order to solve the problem of grading control of materials for continuously feeding type mixing equipment, a concept of graphic treatment method is suggested to check the proportions of materials in large size or small size in an aggregate so the material grading of continuously feeding equipment can be accordingly regulated and the equipment performance is raised. On a basis of summarizing basic features of gravels graphics, a graphic treatment method is suggested, which integrates bi-threshold binarization, edge detection, morphological reconstruction and watershed transform to realize boundary segregation of overlapped gravels and estimate of eigen-parameters. Applying the technology, aggregate gradation control of continuously feeding type mixing equipment will reach the control level of batch feeding type mixing equipment of high cost.
