摘 要:调查发现,再制造经济性是不确定的,在一定的技术条件下与装备自身结构的复杂程度有关。在此基础上将再制造分为零件、总成、整机的再制造3个层次,并分别进行成本分析。分析认为,不同层次的再制造成本构成的差异性是导致再制造经济性差异的根源所在;再制造经济性随着毛坯自身结构复杂程度的提高,其成本构成逐渐复杂化,导致再制造经济性逐渐降低,较好地反映了实际情况。该分类方法,解释了关于经济性描述的分歧,有助于更深入地理解、研究再制造经济性。In an investigation, it is found out that remanufacture economy is not definite. It is related to the complex level of equipment self-structure under some technical conditions. Remanufacture can be divided into three levels: remanufacture of components, remanufacture of part assemblies as well as remanufacture of complete machine. Cost analysis is conducted on the three levels respectively. It is considered that differences of cost composition in different levels are the root causes resulting in economic differences of remanufacture. Remanufacture economy gradually decreases with gradual complex increasing of cost composition due to self-structure complex level increasing of roughcasts, which reflect real situation to some extent. The leveling method explained economy description dispute and is helpful to further understand and research remanufacture economy.
