摘  要:对于精度要求较高、孔径较大、粗糙度要求较低的深孔类零件加工,以往均采用铰孔或珩磨孔等精加工工艺方法加工,由于加工效率低且刀具采购成本较高,不适于单件或小批量生产。介绍一种采用整体浮动镗刀以镗代铰加工此类高精度深孔的工艺方法,取得了较好的应用效果。For the machining of components with deep holes of high accuracy requirements, large diameters and low roughness requirements, conventional processes are reaming and honing. These are not suitable to single or small mass productions due to low machining efficiency and high cutters purchase cost. Adopting a complete floating boring cutter, a process replacing reaming with boring to machine this kind of deep holes with high accuracies is expatiated and satisfactory results are obtained.
